Another tasty Pinterest find!  I think anything with sliced almonds has to be good.  The dijon mustard gives it a very unique flavor.  And if you are only so-so on mustard, don't make this.  Here's what I learned:

  1. I used toasted sliced almonds instead of slivered.
  2. Made this with button mushrooms instead of chanterelle.
  3. Topped it with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
