- Make sure to line a baking sheet with foil and cook the wraps on a rack.
- I turned them over halfway through baking.
- Don't be fooled when you check on them about 20 minutes into cooking time. They will look done but the bacon will not be crispy all the way through. Keep em' going!
- Try eating just one.
Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps

1.25 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pound of sliced bacon
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven-safe wire rack on top. Spray rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Mix together the brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge the chicken/bacon wraps thoroughly with the sugar mixture. Place on the prepared rack. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
